Medfield 3v3 Tournament

Our Biggest Fund Raiser of the Year!

When:

Sunday, October 5, 2008 at the Wheelock School Fields
Morning Registration 8:00am, Afternoon Registration 12:30pm

Divisions:

Male and Female Teams - 1st Grade thru 8th Grade
(Grade 4-8 males and 5-8 females play in the A.M., Grade 1-3 males and 1-4 females in P.M.)

Games:

Minimum three games per each team, three players per team.

Gifts:

Each player receives commemorative t-shirt and award. Special Award for best costume in each age group.

Price:

$75 per team due with registration. Make check payable to Medfield Youth Soccer. One check per team. All proceeds go to help fund the Medfield Soccer program.

Registration:

Deadline for registration is Sunday, September 21, 2008. NO EXCEPTIONS! Putting together this tournament requires much coordination. Please be considerate and return form promptly.
