CORI Form

In 2002, the Massachusetts state legislature passed the CORI Law which requires all schools and organizations using school property to conduct criminal background checks on all current and prospective employees, volunteers, and others who may have direct and unmonitored contact with children. Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI) must be obtained every 3 years of employment or service. New coaches can fill out a CORI form by clicking here. The Registrar will not give you your official team roster until you have done so.
